2025 Chevy Colorado

1. CornerStep Rear Bumper

The new Chevrolet Colorado comes with one of Chevy’s most renowned exterior features, the CornerStep rear bumper. This bumper has a unique design that prevents you from falling or slipping as you climb into or out of your truck bed. The hollow spaces located on each corner have textured footpads on the inside that provide increased traction and stability.

2. Wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto

You can call friends and family from behind the wheel with the Colorado’s smartphone connectivity. Apple CarPlay and Android Auto are wireless integration apps that are included in your infotainment system. Use Bluetooth technology to pair your phone to the truck and then make hands-free phone calls or send text messages through voice activation.

3. TurboMax Engine

The Chevy Colorado runs on a TurboMax engine that’s combined with an 8-speed automatic transmission. These two components work together to create 310 horsepower at 5600 rpm and 430 lb-ft of torque at 3000 rpm.

4. Google Built-In

The 2025 Colorado has Google built-in on its 11.3-inch LCD infotainment display. Google built-in is a cutting-edge infotainment feature that brings all of your favorite aspects of Google to your truck’s cabin, including Google Maps, Assistant, Play, and Gmail. These features can be used on your Colorado’s touchscreen or through voice controls as you drive.

5. Safety Package

Safety Package is one of two assistive driving packages that can prevent accidents in your new Colorado. The Safety Package includes blind zone steering assist, which watches your blind spot and alerts you to oncoming traffic you can’t see. Rear cross traffic braking prevents you from backing into other vehicles when in reverse, while rear park assist helps you back into tight parking spots or driveways.

6. Chevy Safety Assist

Chevy Safety Assist is the second assistive driving package in the new Chevrolet Colorado. This package comes with six important collision-avoidance functions that monitor your surroundings through radar and camera technology. These include automatic emergency braking, lane keep assist with lane departure warning, forward collision alert, front pedestrian braking, and IntelliBeam automatic high beams.

7. OnStar Basics

Another safety package in the new Colorado is OnStar Basics, which is built into your truck’s infotainment system. OnStar Basics combines advanced safety with the latest technology to offer you immediate help in the event of an emergency. Functions in the OnStar Basics package include automatic crash response, built-in voice assistance, remote commands, and live traffic updates.
